Do you remake sold-out ears?
Sometimes! Not every design returns. Remakes depend on time and materials. You may submit a request using the Remake Form (link in menu).
How long does a remake take?
There’s no set turnaround time. Requests are accepted based on availability, and I’ll reach out by email if I’m able to take yours.
Are ears ready to ship?
Yes! Each listing is for one ready-to-ship pair and will ship within my normal processing time.
What is the “One Pair at a Time” model?
The shop lists one ready-to-ship pair at a time. Once it’s sold, it’s gone. This keeps creating slow, fun, and stress-free ✨
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Do you take returns?
No. Each pair is handmade, so all sales are final. While refunds or exchanges aren’t available, I’ll always do my best to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
