• When will my ears ship?  All ears ship 5-7 days after your order is placed.

• Do you ship internationally?  Not at this time. 

• Can I change the color of the bow?  Yes, absolutely! If I have the color available, I’ll be happy to make the change for you.

• Do you take custom ear orders?  Yes, Custom ears are welcome! You can reach me through the contact page to share your ideas!

• Do your ears fit children?  Yes! On average, they fit children, but every child is different, so sizes may vary.

• Do you offer Rush Order? Yes! You can add the 'Rush Order' lister to EACH pair of ears you need.

• Do you take returns?  Unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds due to the custom nature of the items, but I will always do my best to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
