Shipping and delivery

At this time, I ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available.

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Processing time: Orders will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days (my normal processing time).

Shipping generally takes 1-5 business days depending on your location.
(Not including weekends or holidays)

Tracking will update on your end anywhere between 10-24 hours.

Once your confirmation and tracking number are send out, Earsbykp no longer has authority over your package.

Please DOUBLE CHECK the address you entered.

Once your package is shipped off, Earsbykp cannot do anything about it. If the address is incorrect, you are able to redirect your package through usps.com or your local post office for a fee, but Earsbykp is unable to do anything.
